Just finished a 3-hour "mindful walk" and I’m honestly buzzing.

I’ve been trying to move my meditation practice off the cushion lately, and today I finally went for a long one. I usually just do 40-50 minute sessions, but today I committed to an actual "Walking Meditation" for a few hours.
I used to just walk to get from point A to B, but turning it into a meditation is a total game-changer.
I spent over 3.5 hours just focusing on my steps. I kept a steady, intentional pace (about 11'27"/km) and really tried to feel the contact of my feet with the ground. I paused every now and then just to breathe and reset my focus when my mind started wandering.
By the end, I’d covered over 18km, but the crazy part is I don't even feel "tired" I just feel incredibly centered and calm.
Has anyone else tried longer walking meditations?
