Is the iPhone 18 Pro Running Out of Reasons to Upgrade?

The iPhone 18 Pro isn't rumored to bring a completely new design. Instead, Apple appears to be refining what already exists. According to 9to5Mac, the rumored changes include a smaller Dynamic Island, a more seamless rear design, and new colors such as Dark Cherry. The Dynamic Island could reportedly shrink by about 35%, with some Face ID components moving under the display. That sounds impressive, but it raises a bigger question. If you already own an iPhone 17 Pro, are these changes enough to justify upgrading? Smartphones have become so mature that companies are increasingly competing over smaller details rather than revolutionary changes. Would a smaller Dynamic Island and a new design make you upgrade, or do we need something much bigger to make a new iPhone worth buying?
