Marissa and Peter Irvine live every parent’s worst nightmare when their young son, Milo, is kidnapped after what should’ve been an innocent playdate with a boy from his new school. From there, things spiral fast secrets, blame, and paranoia creep in, and you’re constantly questioning who’s telling the truth.
It’s tense, unsettling, and very grounded, no over-the-top action, just pure psychological dread that feels way too real. If you like slow-burn thrillers that mess with your head and keep you guessing, this is 100% worth your time.
Perfect watch if you want something dark and gripping to balance out all the festive cheer.
