First time playing Stardew Valley and I’m completely hooked

I just started playing Stardew Valley, and I’m honestly surprised at how quickly it’s consumed my brain. My first in-game week was a blur, I spent hours planting crops, fishing in every spot I could find, and talking to the townsfolk like I actually lived there.
The music is incredible; it somehow makes early morning watering feel like a cinematic moment.
I love how chill the game feels, but also how satisfying it is. Every little win, harvesting your first crops, catching a fish that almost got away, finding a hidden item feels like an actual achievement. And the characters! I keep finding myself smiling or laughing at the weird little interactions.
I’ve caught myself staying “just one more day” over and over, even though real life is waiting. It’s weird how a simple farming game can feel so cozy, but also totally rewarding.
